Focus Chapters Program
The Focus Chapters Program is an avenue for communication between the District Council and each Chapter in our District. Each year, two Chapters are assigned to each District Officer to “focus” on, providing a way for your DOs to keep in touch and be a constant resource for your Chapter. It’s a great opportunity to bond, brainstorm, and spread new ideas across the District! Look out for e-mails from your assigned DO throughout the year!
This year’s Focus Chapter assignments are as follows:
- Jenna: Theta Eta, Theta Delta
- Nick: Omicron, Eta Omega
- Marlee: Omega, Alpha Chi
- Jaelise: Epsilon Kappa, Zeta Xi
ΤΒΣ Tuesday Compilations
On the first Tuesday of each month, the ΤΒΣ Chapter Presidents of the Western District update each other on what their Chapter has been up to. It’s our hope that in distributing these updates to every Sister in the District, each active member can benefit from learning what other Chapters are doing. Who knows – maybe one of your officers or actives will fall in love with a project and want to try it out!
Chapter Outreach Program
Chapter Outreach Program Packets are on their way to your inboxes! Each packet is customized to YOUR school and Chapter in order to increase the span of TBS’s reach! They contain the information for each music department of the universities and college campuses surrounding your school – use them to serve college bands outside of your campus and get TBS’s name out there!

Want input on how things are run at the District level? Your feedback will help your District Council serve you in the best way possible!

Month of Fundraising
The Month of Fundraising is an opportunity for your chapter to help support the district so we can provide greater programs for you. The money donated from fundraisers this month goes to toward ΤΒΣ programs at this year’s District Leadership Conference and Western District Convention, alongside other projects designed to benefit YOU! Don’t think you have to donate a million dollars – $20 is more than enough, and there are advantages to donating more!
The chapter that donates the most money based on the number of active members in that chapter will receive a special prize: paid registration for their chapter delegate at Western District Convention!
ΤΒΣ “Shark Attack” Sharks
SHARK ATTACK! Snarky and Sydney’s kids have all gone off to college! Keep a lookout as Sydney comes to visit each of her children leading up to Spring Break at WD Convention in Tucson!
